The challenge is simple. Put Friday 13th March in your diary and on the day you and your work mates donate £2 each. All you do is to wear something sporty to work this Friday!

We want to see you all sporting your finest kit, whether that’s a simple pair of footy socks or full ski gear. The only rule is that everyone donates to take part. You could also put your photos from the day onto social media and include @uwshls and @sportrelief
