Four leadership stories that student from our innovative BA (Honours) Integrated Health and Social Care programme have been working on for IRISS have now been published.

IRISS have said that the four stories beautifully illustrate what leadership looks like from ground level and and the difference leadership from the ground can make to the lives of people that are supported. The stories provide inspiration, and identify some of the challenges that those ‘at the top’ need to understand.

Scottish Care have described their work as a very inspiring thought-provoking read of personal stories from front line care workers which really shows how important it is to demonstrate leadership in a social care role.
