Buckingham Palace Reception Celebrating Frontline Nursing Across the UK

 

UWS Postgraduate District Nursing graduate Barbara McFadzean, who has now completed The Queen’s Nursing Institute Scotland Development programme visited Buckingham Palace this week for a reception hosted by the Prince of Wales celebrating the contribution to frontline community nursing and the work of nurses across the UK.

Also amongst the invited guests was Karen Wilson former Dean of School and currently the Executive Director of Nursing, Midwifery & Allied Health Professions, NHS Education for Scotland and Margot Russell, Director of NMAHP Practice Development for NHS Lanarkshire.
