A reminder that events are taking place on all UWS campuses on February 28th & March 1st. for University Mental Health Day which this year is marked on March 1st 2018. This year’s theme is ‘Community’. We hope to see as many students as we can supporting this day and our events.

At Hamilton; 28th February (Almada Building):
Handouts, stress booklets, freebie pencils and mindfulness postcards. Library book display of self-help literature. Cherry blossom tree tagging for student comments on community.
Paisley 1st March (Hub):
HOST UK, RAMH & Breathing Space attending. Dr Bike surgery / for staff & students. Cherry blossom tree tagging for student comments on community.

Ayr 1st March (Atrium):
SS pull-up stand & SilverCloud handouts, stress booklets, freebie pens & key rings etc. Library book display of self-help literature. ‘Mind your Head’ booklets; Dr Bike surgery / sustainability hub.

Dumfries 1st March (Browne House & Rutherford McCowan Foyers):
Library book display of self-help literature Cherry blossom tree tagging for student comments on community. SilverCloud handouts, stress booklets.

London 1st March (Library):
Library book display of self-help literature. Cherry blossom tree tagging for student comments on community. Southwark London well-being hub; who run a range of well-being support groups and offer advice around activities in the local community.
