On the 5th. of May, Linda Wylie, a former midwifery lecturer at UWS and author of “The Midwives’ Guide to Key Medical Conditions: Pregnancy and Childbirth (Second Edition)” and Essential Anatomy & Physiology in Maternity Care (Second Edition)
will be running the Virtual International Day of the Midwife from Paisley Campus. More information about VIDM is available here:-
Linda will be holding world café sessions for the student midwives attending the International Day of the Midwife Celebratory Conference – during this time she will introduce them to the VIDM and all its associated resources. Students will get the opportunity to sign in and witness the VIDM activities live. T hey will also be able to access all learning materials following the day’s events. This is a fantastic free
