The British Journal of Occupational Therapy (BJOT) have confirmed that their top downloaded article last year was authored by one of our staff. In what they describe as an exciting year for the British Journal of Occupational Therapy (BJOT), who have published key articles across a diverse range of areas. Dr Kirstin James article:
‘Occupational therapy and emergency departments: A critical review of the literature’ is one of the most downloaded articles in 2016 with 1,859 downloads in 2016 alone.
The BJOT is the official journal of the College of Occupational Therapists and is a monthly peer-reviewed publication. Its purpose is to publish articles with international relevance that advance knowledge in research, practice, education, and management in occupational therapy.
Dr. Kirstin James joined the School of Health, Nursing and Midwifery in December 2015. She is an HPC Licensed Occupational Therapist and a Lecturer on the Integrated Health and Social Care, and Integrated Health and Social Care with Administration, BA (Hons) Degrees.
