The University of the West of Scotland’s Civil Engineering, Computer-Aided Design, Education and this school’s Integrated Health and Social Care courses have all come top in the UK for student satisfaction in the National Student Survey (NSS) 2015. Congratulations to Helen Rainey, Elaine Gifford and everyone else involved in delivering this excellent programme
The survey saw 100% of survey respondents studying Civil Engineering, Computer-Aided Design, Education, and Integrated Health and Social Care stating that they were satisfied overall with their course.
This is the fifth year that UWS, which is committed to the student learning experience, has participated in the NSS, the most wide-ranging survey of student satisfaction across the UK. The results of the survey, which were announced on 12 August 2015, also saw these four courses coming top in Scotland for the quality of their teaching. In addition, the University’s Aircraft Engineering course came top in Scotland for student satisfaction and teaching in the NSS 2015.
